Below is the Silentlambs March video (SEPTEMBER 27, 2002) where the Governing Body refused to face over one hundred eye witness to their crimes agains children.SILENTLAMBS requested that the Service Department establish an impartial committee to here our testimony, they refused. Included is the testimony of Pat Garza who confronted her molester, Ted Jaracz on the front steps of 25 Columbia Heights then headquarters of the Service Department.
